Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI singularity, and metaverse convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen systems in our Innovation Labs
- Develop future-proof governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural network ethics
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical factors to inform strategic R&D investments
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic visions to executive boards and external stakeholders
- Drive patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies with 10+ year market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futurology, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in quantum algorithms, AGI safety, or neurotechnology
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $100M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of blockchain, biocomputing, and nanotechnology convergence
- Certification in Futurist Methodology (CFM) or similar foresight frameworks
- Experience testifying before congressional tech policy committees
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
