Responsibilities
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy cutting-edge generative models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Architect scalable inference pipelines to handle high-throughput real-time requests.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance model accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Conduct research on novel generative techniques and evaluate them against state-of-the-art benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and LLM training methodologies.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
