- Establish a 'Future-Ready' culture within the engineering and product departments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic leadership, technology consulting, or executive management.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a major tech hub.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience in strategic foresight or futures studies is a major plus.
