Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical roadmap and strategic vision for all 2026 product initiatives.
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling future load.
- Collaborate closely with the C-suite to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Drive innovation in emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI integration and predictive analytics.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technical debt and architectural changes.
- Ensure that all 2026 deliverables adhere to the highest standards of security and compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to global deployment.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong background in data science, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
