Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging tech trends (e.g., Neuro-interfaces, Autonomous Systems) and integrating them into business models.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee pilot programs for next-generation technologies, managing a budget of $5M+ for experimental infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems to anticipate shifts in the 2026 landscape and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Policy & Ethics: Develop frameworks for responsible AI and data sovereignty as we scale.
- Team Building: Recruit and mentor a team of futurists, data scientists, and system architects.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product strategy, or R&D, with at least 3 years in a senior executive or director-level role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Blockchain consensus mechanisms, and Quantum computing fundamentals (practical application experience is a plus).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and executing long-term strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from engineers to board members.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
