Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to define the technical vision, goals, and deliverables for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Architectural Oversight: Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade architecture that supports scalability, security, and high availability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of senior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-level executives and product managers.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Edge Computing) to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize resource distribution across projects to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical roadmaps (specific experience with 2026 planning is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and distributed systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and provide clear, innovative solutions.
