Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI integration, scalability, and future-proofing infrastructure.
- Lead cross-functional teams to research, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Systems).
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business goals and revenue targets.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, data privacy, and security compliance.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with long-term R&D projects.
- Oversee the development of proprietary AI models tailored to enterprise needs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep technical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Quantum Computing architectures.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market trends and technological shifts.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
