Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive AI and Machine Learning roadmap aligned with 2026 business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive high-impact initiatives.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) and evaluate their potential for disruption.
- Drive innovation labs and proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate tangible ROI.
- Establish the organization as a thought leader in the AI space through public speaking and industry partnerships.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data governance are embedded in every layer of development.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML strategy.
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible data governance.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration preferred.
