Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term technology strategy that aligns with Horizon Nexus’s business goals and market position.
- AI & Emerging Tech Leadership: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing concepts into our core product lines.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Create detailed technical roadmaps for the next 3-5 years, ensuring scalability and technological competitiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to translate technical strategy into actionable business plans.
- Innovation Management: Identify, evaluate, and incubate emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, edge computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Talent & Team Building: Recruit and mentor a world-class team of futurists, data scientists, and systems architects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or executive consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and emerging tech trends relevant to 2026.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry shifts and pivot organizational strategy accordingly.
