Responsibilities
- Anticipate & Analyze: Monitor global technology trends to predict the technological landscape of 2026, identifying disruptive innovations relevant to our industry.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee our research and development initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with tech startups, universities, and research institutions.
- Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate the viability of emerging technologies, assessing risks, costs, and implementation timelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a strategic role within the technology sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think several years ahead and translate long-term visions into executable plans.
