Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term strategic goals.
- Lead AI & Quantum Integration: Spearhead initiatives to integrate Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing solutions into our product ecosystems.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct rigorous research and scenario planning to identify disruptive technologies that could impact the market by 2026.
- Executive Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for high-impact R&D projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to drive consensus and buy-in.
- Team Building: Recruit and mentor a world-class team of futurists, data scientists, and strategists.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior executive leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of the technological trends expected to define 2026, including GenAI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into compelling business narratives.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
