Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business growth targets.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Identify emerging market trends to drive product innovation and competitive advantage.
- Oversee the transition to cloud-native architectures and edge computing solutions.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and strategic engineers.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for long-term technical projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership or product management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML integration, Blockchain, and Next-Gen Web technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex tech concepts for stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M annually.
