Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee a cross-functional R&D team focused on emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Web3.
- Identify high-potential technologies and conduct feasibility studies to determine their commercial viability.
- Establish partnerships with leading tech startups, universities, and research institutions to drive innovation.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Manage the budget for innovation initiatives and report on ROI to the executive board.
- Develop a talent strategy to attract top-tier engineers and data scientists to the innovation division.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic R&D or C-suite role.
- Deep understanding and proven experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI strategy.
- Strong background in emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing or Edge Computing is highly desirable.
- Exceptional track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
