Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology vision for 2026, identifying emerging technologies that will provide competitive advantages.
- Research & Development: Lead the evaluation and integration of breakthrough technologies, including Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Green Computing.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, product teams, and external partners to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation within the engineering organization.
- Risk Management: Assess technological risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure system security and scalability.
- Budgeting: Manage the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for R&D and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or CTO capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and emerging computing paradigms (Quantum/Edge).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performance engineering teams and driving organizational transformation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Proof Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt strategies accordingly.
