Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Technology Vision, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategic goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Lead the identification of high-potential R&D initiatives and oversee pilot programs.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure budget and resources for future tech investments.
- Forecast industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and the board.
- Build and maintain a network of thought leaders and futurists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, consulting, or R&D management.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proven history of identifying and capitalizing on disruptive technology trends.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional team leadership.
