Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns R&D with long-term business objectives and market trends.
- Lead Emerging Tech Research: Spearhead the exploration and adoption of breakthrough technologies, including Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Edge Networks.
- Drive Digital Transformation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced technologies into core business processes.
- Manage Innovation Pipelines: Establish a robust framework for prototyping and testing new technologies to ensure scalability and competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical visions to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Global Tech Alignment: Ensure our technological infrastructure is future-proofed for global scalability and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or director-level role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think beyond the current quarter and plan for 3-5 year horizons.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Cybersecurity protocols.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performing teams through periods of rapid change.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
