Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end development of the company's strategic roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond, aligning technological capabilities with business objectives.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) and assess their applicability to current and future product lines.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor a team of innovation strategists and cross-functional project managers, fostering a culture of creativity and forward-thinking.
- R&D Oversight: Oversee the research and development pipeline, ensuring that experimental projects have clear pathways to commercialization.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of industry shifts and competitive landscapes to anticipate market needs before they arise.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present complex strategic visions to the C-Suite and board of directors, translating technical insights into compelling business narratives.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or R&D leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior executive or director-level role.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and a proven track record of successfully integrating innovative tech into business strategies.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategic plans with measurable outcomes.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
