The Role:
You will be responsible for steering our research initiatives towards breakthrough technologies that will define the 2026 landscape. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical depth and executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for integrating quantum algorithms into large-scale AI models.
- Oversee a team of top-tier data scientists, quantum physicists, and ML engineers.

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technical capabilities into business value.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance technical teams and R&D organizations.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and their application to software.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (Q#).
