Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with residential and commercial wiring projects.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at job sites.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Run basic conduit and wiring under supervision.
- Help with panel board installations and fixture mounting.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Communicate effectively with the project lead and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading comprehension skills for safety manuals and instructions.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade.
