Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to execute complex wiring projects
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E and Florida electrical codes
- Diagnose faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with contractors and safety officers for seamless project execution
- Maintain detailed documentation of installations and repairs
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial experience
- OSHA 10 certification and NFPA 70E training
- Expertise in conduit bending, motor control, and power distribution
- Strong diagnostic skills for PLC and VFD systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and night shift availability
- Pass background check and drug screening
