Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems to resolve faults efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding progress and requirements.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable work experience in the electrical trade.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and safety protocols.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites within the Cleveland, TX area.
