Responsibilities
- System Installation & Repair: Execute residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance efficiently.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics to ensure precise work.
- Emergency Response: Handle critical plumbing emergencies during night hours, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Leak Detection & Diagnostics: Utilize advanced tools to identify leaks, blockages, and water damage issues.
- Tool Management: Maintain and operate a wide array of hand and power tools, including trenchless equipment.
- Customer Interaction: Provide professional, courteous service and clear communication to clients regarding job progress.
- Site Sanitation: Ensure all work areas are cleaned up and secured after each job completion.
Qualifications
- Valid License: Current and valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in Pennsylvania.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 75 lbs), crawl in tight spaces, and work in various weather conditions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
