Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to understand project requirements.
- Use hand and power tools, including pipe cutters, wrenches, soldering torches, and pressure testing equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues and provide updates on service status.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We provide full training and mentorship for qualified candidates.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or a willingness to learn technical skills is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and working in tight spaces.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
