As a member of our growing team, you will work alongside certified master plumbers to learn the ins and outs of residential and commercial plumbing. We value hard work, safety, and customer satisfaction above all else.
Responsibilities
- Learn the Trade: Assist senior plumbers in diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial plumbing issues under supervision.
- Installation: Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and appliances such as water heaters and faucets.
- Tools & Maintenance: Properly handle and maintain a variety of plumbing tools and equipment.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients to explain repairs and answer questions professionally.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites, ensure safety compliance, and clean up after work is completed.
- Blueprint Reading: Develop skills in reading basic blueprints and understanding plumbing schematics.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required – we will teach you everything you need to know.
- Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Work Ethic: Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Communication: Basic communication skills to follow instructions and interact with customers.
