Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and fixture issues with diagnostic tools
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater services
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer communication and professional appearance
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain inventory
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on complex projects
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation for emergencies
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Commitment to punctuality and weekend availability
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 6 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic tool knowledge (wrenches, plungers, pipe cutters)
- Customer service experience preferred
