Responsibilities
- Perform routine residential and commercial plumbing repairs and maintenance.
- Assist senior technicians with drain cleaning, leak detection, and fixture installations.
- Respond to customer service inquiries and provide accurate service quotes.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local Columbus, OH plumbing codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and tool belt.
- Document all job details accurately in the company's service management software.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces or above ground.
- Strong desire to learn plumbing skills with a focus on safety and quality.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
