Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable software architectures that are resilient to the demands of 2026 and beyond, utilizing next-gen cloud frameworks.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technological trends.
- Drive Innovation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Advanced Security) into our core product suite.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Guide and mentor senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of robust security protocols and data privacy standards for all new deployments.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- Emerging Tech Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI/ML integration, blockchain fundamentals, or quantum computing concepts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale system problems under tight deadlines.
