Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material preparation and site preparation
- Document daily progress and material usage in project logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Class B CDL license with clean driving record preferred
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Availability for 10-12 hour shifts and weekend work
