Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of water supply, waste, and venting systems.
- Locate and diagnose faults in plumbing systems using advanced video inspection equipment.
- Perform pipefitting, welding, and soldering tasks as required for installation.
- Ensure all work complies with local and state building codes (DC/MD/VA standards).
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical issues clearly to clients.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on plumbing equipment and systems.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License (District of Columbia or North Carolina).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, fixture installation, and water treatment systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple job sites simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
