Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment safely
- Follow construction plans and supervisor instructions
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Perform basic carpentry, demolition, and finishing tasks
- Report safety hazards and equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous tasks
- Valid driver's license (Class C preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background/driving record checks
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (training provided)
