Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks on construction sites including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand tools
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with project preparation and cleanup
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Operate basic machinery like saws, drills, and compactors
- Complete daily task reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must have own basic work boots and gloves
