Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist carpenters with framing, concrete pouring, and structural assembly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Load/unload materials and equipment efficiently
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Flexibility to work 10+ hour shifts in extreme weather
- Must be US citizen or authorized to work
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available)
