Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and earthmoving operations using heavy machinery
- Install scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and finish surfaces to specifications
- Operate power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) and hand tools
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow project timelines efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for material calculations
