Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment (shovels, saws, drills) under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Load/unload construction materials and transport to designated areas
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and demolition
- Report equipment issues and maintain tool cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical strength assessment
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
