Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Flexible availability for 6-12 hour shifts (including weekends)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
