Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow precise blueprints and construction plans
- Report safety hazards and equipment malfunctions immediately
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
