- Maintain organized tool inventory and job site cleanliness
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project instructions
- Transport materials safely using equipment like forklifts or wheelbarrows
- Collaborate effectively with crew members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Minimum 1 year construction or heavy labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
