Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for accurate project execution
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead apprentices and junior electricians on complex projects
- Manage inventory and material ordering for job sites
- Provide exceptional customer service and project documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of licensed electrical experience
- Valid Ohio Journeyman Electrician certification
- OSHA 30-hour construction training preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Flexibility for emergency service calls and weekend work
- Pass background check and drug screening
