Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using specialized testing equipment
- Collaborate with project managers and team members for efficient project completion
- Conduct safety inspections and implement preventive maintenance protocols
- Manage inventory and order necessary electrical materials and components
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico Electrician Journeyman or Master License
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screening required
