Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install complex plumbing systems, including drainage, venting, and water supply lines.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs for commercial and residential clients.
- Ensure all work complies with local San Francisco building codes (Title 24) and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan installations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate project quotes and transparent communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Plumber license (State of California).
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and hydro-jetting techniques.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
