Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with other trade professionals
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Mentor junior electricians and enforce quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and Texas electrical regulations
- Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and control systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
