Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to project requirements and timelines
- Manage inventory and order necessary electrical materials and equipment
- Train and mentor junior electricians on best practices
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety protocols
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, voltage testers, etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
