Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools
- Perform pipefitting and fixture installations
- Collaborate with team members on residential projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain Florida plumbing certification
- Background check and drug test required
- Team player with positive attitude
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but not mandatory
