Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks following blueprints and safety protocols
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and hand tools with precision
- Transport and organize construction materials across job sites
- Assist skilled trades in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Conduct daily site inspections to maintain OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with crew leads to optimize workflow and productivity
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience or equivalent military trade background
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with power tools and basic construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
