Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on complex industrial plumbing systems, including boilers, pumps, and piping networks.
- Install, assemble, and repair pipe systems, plumbing fixtures, and equipment according to blueprint specifications and local codes.
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, clogs, or structural issues and implement effective solutions.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
- Document all maintenance activities and material usage accurately.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumber License (State of Arizona) required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Physical stamina to work in various conditions, including heights, confined spaces, and extreme temperatures.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship.
