Responsibilities
- Design and prototype next-gen digital ecosystems leveraging 2026 technology forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and market disruption patterns
- Develop patentable solutions addressing climate tech and human augmentation challenges
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Collaborate with academic partners at Stanford and MIT research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture or innovation strategy roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Strong portfolio demonstrating scalable system designs
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar journals
