Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to forecast industry landscapes by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-focused solutions
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Build and maintain a comprehensive innovation ecosystem database
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or sustainability trends
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (advantageous)
