- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through compelling investor presentations
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Establish patent portfolios and IP protection strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to embed future-ready solutions into their ecosystems
- Present at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit as company thought leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with proven 2020+ roadmap execution
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ technology transition projects with measurable outcomes
- Experience navigating regulatory frameworks for next-gen tech (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
