Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, identifying disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from ideation to market launch
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate technological shifts and competitive threats
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor emerging talent in design thinking and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation or R&D leadership within tech/healthcare sectors
- Proven track record launching at least 3 breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Design Thinking, Agile, or Lean Startup methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts
