- Identify and evaluate disruptive market opportunities across 5+ emerging industries
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and adoption curves
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-backed recommendations

- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical implications of emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation leadership with 5+ years in strategic futures planning
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Certification in Design Thinking and Agile/Scrum methodologies
